I cannot say enough good things about the FIRE Team! Mike and Joe were with us every step of the way, including answering our many, many questions, offering suggestions and feedback as we prepped and staged the house, and keeping us informed throughout.

Listing day came and the FIRE Team really pulled out all the stops.  It felt like we were on the floor of the New York stock exchange as the flurry of offers came in.  What could have been an extremely stressful time was, in fact, fun! We were kept up to date continuously throughout the sale process.  There wasn't a single time where we felt out of the loop or that we needed to ask what was happening.

The multiple offers that Mike was able to negotiate were, frankly, far beyond anything we expected. We ended up with an offer that met every need we had, and then some!

Not every house will go so far above asking as ours, but you can be assured that the FIRE Team will absolutely get you the best offer possible for your home.

We will continue to recommend them to anyone and everyone we know that may be looking to buy or sell a home!

I highly recommend Mike Helfant and the FIRE Reality Team! As a European investor, you have the disadvantage of not physically being there. It is important that the people you partner with are trustworthy, have integrity and are available when you need them. You also want a transparent process of which you know all the steps in advance. Mike and FIRE Realty provided all of that and more! Their expertise and unwavering support were amazing. From the very beginning, Mike took the time to assess what I wanted and provided lucrative investment opportunities. Once we agreed on one, he walked me through every step of the purchasing process, providing guidance and expertise. Mike did a phenomenal job helping me and my finance find a home that works for our unique situation. To meet the goal of a primary home but future rental as needed and we got a great deal locked in. Working with him was very smooth and he is very punctual with responses, and having as well as finding answers for any and all questions !!
