Had a fantastic experience working with Matt Hibbs and the FIRE team. They were quick to respond, willing to offer help, and diligent with updates. I'm glad I went with them and came out of it with a 5-day cycle from listing to a signed agreement, which way exceeded my expectations.

I initially reached out to a few agents who sold recently near my property, and Joe was the first to reply and introduced me to Matt. This set the tone for the rest of the process. A few issues came up before I was able to get access back to my property, but each time, Matt was quick to jump in and help where he could. Once I got access, he promptly dropped in to review the property, followed by giving me suggestions on what I could do and what each approach would yield. He also helped me throughout the process of getting the property ready - providing trusted vendors, verifying the price range I should pay for services, etc. As soon as it was ready, he came by again, took photos, drafted up the details, got it listed, all in the same day. We got an offer the first weekend of it listed, and with Matt's guidance, the process leading up to closing was painless.

Working with Fire Realty was a game changer for me, choosing Fire Realty and working with Tadoh as a realtor truly made all the difference in my experience as an investor and homeowner. Tadoh goes above and beyond throughout the entire process, he is committed to finding the right fit, not just closing a deal. I had transactions that threw it all at him and the team, complicated in the inspection, appraisal and financing stages. I was incredibly grateful I had them working with me to get it done. I honestly believe another realty team would not have had the commitment, team collaboration or skills to get things done. The Fire team leaves you feeling like you have an army behind you. I had an excellent experience working with Mike. From start to finish, he was incredibly attentive to detail, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making the process as smooth as possible. He answered every question thoroughly, and stayed on top of all the little details that can easily get overlooked during a real estate transaction.

I always felt like I was in good hands and never felt rushed or pressured. Mike’s communication, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly.

Matt Hibbs was my real estate agent from the FIRE TEAM.  I can not say enough good things about Matt. Very professional and knowledgeable.
